Part of Milton's Rowland Street to close for 3 months MILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Part of Rowland Street in the town of Milton is set to close for almost three months. County Police are searching for an arsonist who set five Los Angeles County vehicles on fire Wednesday morning.The fire erupted around 1 a.m. on the third floor of a downtown Los Angeles parking structure in the 200 block of Spring Street. Child on bike hospitalized after being hit by commercial vehicle at Concord intersection CONCORD — A child riding a bike suffered lower leg injuries Tuesday when the driver of a large  commercial vehicle hit the bike at a major intersection, police said.Officers responded to the collision about 2:15 p.m. to the intersection of Treat Boulevard and Cowell Road. Once there, they found the child down. Police said the child was riding the bike in a crosswalk and was hit as the vehicle turned from Treat onto Cowell.An ambulance took the child to a hospital.
